fahck turbotax and fahck intuit for lobbying against an easier taxation policy. Filing my taxes should not cost 80$, and you guys lobbied for exactly that. thank you for extorting the working class, i'd hate to use that 80$ on something useful like food or rent. anyways, fahck intuit <3

Misleading Free Service

They said the service was free when I started, but at the end of the process I was charged $218.00. I was not expecting this fee, and it was not clearly explained to me upfront. Now, on top of that charge, I also owe more money for my taxes, which makes the situation even more frustrating and confusing!

The service was not free total fees were $218 which is really bad for me as a college student. I chose the free edition. Amount paid was 1/3 of my refund. This will be my last year using this service.
