Predatory Program Processes

Free filing might as well not be advertised. You force people into rabbit holes where I should have just filed using one of the free websites listed on irs.gov. As much as you pay for advertising, you must make a killing. If every citizen used TurboTax, has to pay 50-80$ just to file, roughly 260 million working Americans. What is that, almost $10 billion in profit? What a sickening company.
