The only issue I have is the "bait and switch" pricing. It begins free. Then "suggests" (demands) I add 29-dollar package which later turns into 49 dollars, and then an extra 40 dollars to use your 3rd party bank. Just be upfront with your prices.

One your AI is annoying and i want to never see it again. two for the sake of rounding my medicare tax off you made me "upgrade" to the deluxe edition rather then the free edition and wouldnt tell me that was why till you had been paid. and your box to type a review keeps trying to change what i type or add spaces.

I had no problems . Everything was very easy to understand. I just got confused with the deluxe chrge when I did not choose it but I was charged for it. That was not clear
