Great App better focus on features though

I always loved using TurboTax. The only thing I think TurboTax has to fix is the ability to when you add a state or say continue with your state return doing separate. Federal and state individually. It should allow me to continue so I got my discount for free. It was zero dollars within the mobile app. I had to get a service code because of it.

Run away from TurboTax!

My return was rejected the day after I e-filed with TurboTax due to not having a 1095-A. I did not receive a 1095-A due to the fact that I did not purchase health insurance from the marketplace. I have employer provided health insurance. This was 100% turbotax's fault.

Always charges no matter what… I have 1 simple w-2. So it said we found you an extra $20! Which I could not decline, it does not allow you to. Then it says since we found you a tax break now you have to upgrade to $40, and pay for state. Another $30, the wheni approved it charged my card $98! Another scamming… every year… I hate this Company
