Use to be easier

I understand there are procedures in place for safety reasons but filing with Turbo Tax years ago was a much less stressful experience. The new process and authentications are not very customer friendly, and I can only imagine what it would be like for an older person that was not as technical to use. This is not unique to Turbo Tax
