All went smoothly, with one Exception. The IRS pin number, if it is not required you need to state that, it has been a pain in the neck trying to get a pin # from the IRS. Thank you

TurboTax is Anti-Consumer

I was charged $49 for the simple fact that I have an HSA. I did not take any distributions or have any unique situations with my HSA. It exists, therefore I was charged $49 and not allowed to complete my return for free.
TurboTax is anti-consumer, and actively works to make filing taxes more difficult to keep people in their software ecosystem. Congratulations, I've used TurboTax for another year instead of boycotting, as you have also made it increasingly difficult to do that.
I do not trust TurboTax's accuracy. The software constantly tries to pigeonhole and trick you into spending more money. It feels like I'm being strong-armed by a mafioso. If I don't pay up (especially for audit protection and other accuracy features), it feels like I am being threatened with the possibility of introduced error. I corrected an error in the health insurance coverage section, and that error was re-introduced by the system after an auto-review by the software.
Even this "AI-generated Review Topics" feature is trash, and keep interrupting my typing and causing keystrokes to not be logged. Literally deleting letters as I type.
