I have used Turbo tax for over 14 years and never have I received a discount, free services or anything. This service is a gag and not free at all to use.

Good product, misleading advertising

The software is reliable accurate and dependable year after year. Never an issue with that. What I wish were different are the repeating "ads" to upgrade to more costly versions while hiding the final cost of filing until you are almost done. And when did filing a basic 1040 and state start costing 88$? I have used this software most of my filing life but the discounts are only given to new customers. And since I overpay intentionally I have funds available to pay for services I have agreed to. I have begun to expect ever increasing prices of you product with no discount for consumer loyalty
