Not as good as it used to be

I have used TT previously with good experiences, I did not lie my experience this year. There were glitches. I didn’t feel confident in TT. My stress and anxiety skyrocketed using it.

Helpful guidance, unexpected cost

Easy to use and the guides are helpful. My only issue is the payment part — I thought it was free at first, but there was a fee at the end, especially if you use your refund to pay. It ends up costing the same as a tax preparer or more. TurboTax should consider offering this for free or at a lower cost for people like me with simple tax situations. Thank you.
