Exorbitant hidden fees!

TurboTax has always been easy to use and my service of choice, but your fees have gotten ridiculous to the point that I will just pay someone to do mine next year as it costs the same (or less than Turbotax) without the hassle of doing it myself. The hidden fees are what is making me leave a 1-star review. Do better!

Love the ease of use

Always easy to use and I trust the accuracy. I've never had any problems or necessary revisions due to a problem in the software. It walks me through every step and I can use the question mark icon when I don't understand something. They are always helpful and explain in a way I understand.
