Considering Other Platforms Next Year

Disappointing. From the possible, calculated estimates in the top changing after not inputting anything new, to having to pay for what I believe to be a simple tax return. Looking at the list of reasons as to why my tax return filing could be considered more "difficult", none of the reasons lined up with what I had at all. Which just made me feel like it was a money grab and I really don't appreciate that. Estimated time is definitely not accurate and makes me feel like I need to rush, or am too slow. When filing taxes, a pretty serious thing, why on earth are you putting a visible timer ? Clearly not accounting for the fact that I needed to find certain files (which could have been easily accessed by your program). I ended up finding it, using an AI tool as I found their tool to know more about this program than the program's own AI. As someone who doesn't get too involved in taxes, there are many things I am either unsure about, or want to learn more about. It's a cute thought to put some little things in there to explain things, but that's only on every few items. I'd like to see more

Turbo tax bug

My last name is O’Brien….2 capital letters and an apostrophe…..huge problems trying to sign returns. Please fix or leave a message for the people with more than one capital letter and hyphenated or apostrophe’d names. Come on. It the freaking 2000’s. Nightmare dealing with it. Had to call your service representative to help. Finally figured it out. He was perplexed too!
