I use TurboTax every year to file and I wouldn't file any other way, their cheaper than their competitors. And make it easy every year!

The price I pay is never the price that is advertised. There are way too many secret fees that pop up without any prompting. It is incredibly messed up.

Terrible company which makes preparing taxes harder than it has to be. Hides option to file for free and tries to trick you into paying more money than you need to. This is what a monopoly of the ruling class looks like. Eat the rich.
The actual software is also terrible, making me cycle through the same questions 4 times before it actually moved forward. Even typing this review is terrible. It keeps deleting letters as I write while its crappy AI tries to figure out what I'm saying. God awful company. Should be sold for parts.
