This was so fast and easy! I am in way a tech savvy person but didn't need to be, there was help along the way. Would highly recommend this application. Guidance was available at every step.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Super easy to file, especially filing standard deductions. Very easy to navigate the system, and if there are any questions, the answers are right there.

Horrible company.

i am no longer able to use the free version of turbo tax after upgrading. when i try to go back to the free version, it states that i have other credits that it needs the deluxe version for, even though i only have 1 W-2. Horrible company.
