Good but overpriced

The website is easy enough to use but I don't like the cost of nearly $80 for something that only took me about an hour to complete. I'll probably go back to FreeTaxUSA next year or a similar product.

They really just want to make you pay for every little thing. Last year i was able to send my refund to my bank account and this year it's an additional $35?! Like why do I need to make a credit karma bank account that ill never use? stupid.
