Dishonest about the fees charged for tax prep

Each year I select the free option for preparing my taxes. At each stage of prepar I am sure the indicate that I want to continue without additional assistance or cost and somehow at the end I am still charged the $49 tax preperation fee and each year I have to call to complain. I use your software for convenience but this will be last year.

Easiest way to file taxes

It was quick and easy even if you didn't have an actual person to speak with during the process. The guidance and explanation for items I wasn't certain of made it really fast to file my taxes.

Excellent Guidance!

I made a mistake on my tax return and the Tax Expert I spoke with was excellent. He was able to research my mistake. He offered multiple ways for me to correct my error. I did what he was and my error was corrected allowing me to receive the refund I was owed.

Same corporate garbage as every other big company

Turbotax is a horrid necessity that I will likely look to replace next year. The amount of hassle emails I get, even well before I receive W2's is awful. I don't need constant reminders to file my taxes. The fees have gotten out of hand and it's clear that Turbotax is only out to extract as much money from people as possible.
