I've used Turbo Tax for several years now and have always been satisfied with them. This year is the first time that I am disappointed in the service. The more you help the more you charge and before you know it your refund is gone. I remember when another tax service got in a lot of trouble for scamming people out of their money. I hope this isn't the case with Turbo Tax because I really enjoy being able to do my taxes through you, but I have done them by paper, and I would go back if it were found out that you are over charging people out of their hard-earned money!!!!! The young lady that helped me tried to explain the charges, but when she calculated everything her total was different than what was listed on the tax review page. Oh well what are you going to do, you know people will pay because they need the money. And you guys get paid either way.

If it wasnt for my habitual routine I wouldnt use it. Im sick of every click and every other page being some Misguided or trap like method of forcing you to pay for something or think you need to pay for something. "Do it yourself its free" ,"Free is 79$ with 39$ off so now its 40$", "Pay with refund? Thats another 40$ on top of the 40$ for filling the free version" "Want it straight to your bank? Thats another 35$ fee"I think this may just be my last time using the service
