You guys charge me 80 dollars for me to do my own taxes and then charge me 40 more to take it out of my refund I will not be using again next year

TurboTax charges entirely too much for people who self-prepare their taxes. What should be a simple, affordable process turns into constant upselling and unnecessary fees. If you’re doing your own taxes, the pricing feels excessive and unjustified.
