Overall, the system functions well. However, when I reached the application review stage, the system repeatedly required me to enter a Social Security number for a disabled dependent. I attempted to correct this issue, but the system would not allow any changes.
I deleted all dependents, as well as my own information, and restarted the application; however, the same error continued to occur. I do not have a disabled dependent, yet I was forced to enter one in order to proceed with the application.
This appears to be a system error that prevented accurate completion of the application and is not on me due to system failures.

TurboTax sucks and makes you spend money

I don't want to spend money to file my taxes, but I have no idea how to cancel it. Also, why am I not allowed to pay for it with my federal return??? I spent like 2 minutes filling out info, just to be told after I picked the option 2 minutes ago that I can't choose it.
