Turbo Tax is NOT awesome

I didn't appreciate being told it was "Free filing" but then charged for both state and federal taxes though I was under the amount exceeded to receive free. Also after paying for filing THEN you charge me for doing direct deposit. I will NOT be using Turbo Tax next year.

Rug Pulls you showing how its "Free" and last moment decides it's 49. Absolutely smooth brained in the way its set up. they try so hard to make the "free" path hard to take so they can get money

i understand the fees for filing my federal,and state returns,but ti charge $40 just to transmit my infomation is absurd.Probably won't be using this system going forward.

TURBOTAX is pretty good

Like the fact that Turbotax carries over your W2. Also, carries Previous Tax Returns. A little complicated on the HSA Information. Also, State Income Tax you'll need a form.
