Every time you turn around you're charged for something!! Forced to use the "deluxe DIY" package to do the same thing I can use it for free, then charges you 40$ extra to pay for that. Ridiculous. I'd rather spend 89$ elsewhere and have them done professionally. The "chat bot" is also no help.

This was an awful experience!!!
I ended up deleting Indiana State completely!
Idk who this third party is that you guys use for direct deposit ( which I know doesn't cost nearly $40 per return!) You guys aare making way too much and charging hundreds to do it!!
This takes way too long! Shame on you!!

Good experinece overall but charged me a $49 fee at the end without making me aware of it from the beggining.

Tax Filings 2025

If you have basic tax filings, it is simple and quick. My only issue with the service are the various fees; I had to approve a fee to receive my refund x-days early, I do not particularly care about that yet there was no option to negate that fee assessment. I proceeded forward only to take this action off my plate of things to do.
