Multiple account no loans avail

Logging in and verified codes failed on more than one occasion multiple accounts. I paid for services more than once and I still couldn’t figure out how to get a refund anticipation loan

The old Turbo Tax was better

Turbo Tax has always been a favorite for me to do my taxes on my own. but lately it has been getting more and more expensive to do my taxes on my own. I am disappointed in this, even though it makes my taxes easy I may be looking elsewhere to file my taxes.

Being pushed to pay more isn't the best but it made everything quicker. It's simpler to pay instead of doing it yourself even if I'm mainly paying for an AI

Turbo Tax is ok, maybe more helpful for first time

about average. Accurate, but wastes time pretending to do a "check" periodically, as if the 15 or so numbers can actually confuse a computer for more than a millisecond. It made me manually look up last years return, even though I've used Turbo tax for years. I'll likely do it with a free tool next year.

TurboTax is way too costly!

This will be the last year we file with Turbo Tax, ever. The cost is insane. One cost to do your basic taxes, one cost to do state taxes, and another cost just to receive your own money in your bank account. At this point, you may as well use an accountant.
