NOT FREE. They force you in the end.

They force you to pay in the end. They lie about the reason. They’re dirty cheaters robbing stressed out people. There was no reason I couldn’t file for free. My taxes were easy and straightforward. They fabricated a reason I had to pay in the end. I’ll never trust their services again.

its good, but pricey with too many adds

I liked that it was easy and a bit more intuitive but I found that it still had me input information on my w2 when I had already uploaded my W2 so I do not Understand why I would have to still add in formation myself if the purpose of me uploading the w2 was for you to analyze it and be more intuitive. also I felt pushed to upgrade when all I have is a single W2
