There was a lot of pressure to upgrade which slowed the process .Overall the questions were well stated and explained where necessary. The last sections preparing to file were a bit difficult to follow and I came very close to thinking I had submitted the returns before the last step. I spoke with two very helpful representatives who took the time to help me through the process. Both were extremely capable and helpful.
