Deceptive practice

Wouldn't advance my return until I selected Max plan, forcing me to have to pay the $49 fee. Didn't feel like a seamless process to me.

Simple and Easy

I chose to file myself with AI assistance and it was a breeze. The step by step process was very user friendly and easy to navigate. Also, I loved the cash advance feature. Expect to spend $100-130 to file for simple federal and state forms and depending on how you choose to pay for the fees. I will definitely use this service again!

turbo tax is easy
