More complicated and expensive than past years and I had difficulty auto loading the information. I was very frustrated with this experience.

It frustrating having to re-input information over and over again before you can e-file. It's a waste of time. What is the purpose of having to re- input data which you already have input and confirm multiple times before the program accepts it. Absolutely will use an alternative next year. Waste of time.

The Filing was fine...the "hidden fees" weren't

The Filing was easy and quick, however they basically forced me to pay for an "upgrade" because I had a form I had to file, that I didn't actually have to file. So thanks for that...
