I Love Turbo Tax however, I think it's a little expensive but if I get my return with no hassle I'm ok with it.

I am confident in using the tools provided by TurboTax to handle my family's tax filing. I use Credit Karma throughout the year as suggested by TurboTax. I love receiving my refund fast and recommend it to all my friends.

Lack of confidance in quality of backend code

I can't tell if the interface was written by a cheap AI or the code wasn't tested fully. Several question loops, asking for edits then saying edits were not needed. Last several years the product worked fine, this year the quality is lacking. If next year is the same I will be switching to a CPA that is only 12 buck more.

I have used Turbo Tax now for at least the last 15 years, it is the easiest and most accurate way to file your returns by yourself with easy to use features and guidance.
