Turbo Tax lives up to it's name!

the site has glitches.

It was good, except it made me agree to releasing personal info. Otherwise, when I didnt agree to it, it put me in a loop and couldnt proceed further until I agreed to it out of frustration.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I Love Turbo Tax however, I think it's a little expensive but if I get my return with no hassle I'm ok with it.

Lack of confidance in quality of backend code

I can't tell if the interface was written by a cheap AI or the code wasn't tested fully. Several question loops, asking for edits then saying edits were not needed. Last several years the product worked fine, this year the quality is lacking. If next year is the same I will be switching to a CPA that is only 12 buck more.

poorly written scam software constantly trying to trip you up and steal your money and data for features you don't want or need. dark patterns everywhere have you no shame.
