Easy and fast to use, just not sure why they took so much out of my refund. It has never cost this much to file...personally.

I hsve been using TurboTax for several years now. The convenience of not having to leave my home, talk to anyone, and have any help I need with a quick side window on the screen explaining any unfamiliar situations is very reassuring.
