SCAM

Such a scam. I was filing my simple 1040 form which is supposed to be free. My session timed out and when I logged back in and selected pick up where you left off, suddenly it said I didn't qualify for the Simple Form and said I had to pay for deluxe turbo tax, the reasoning I no longer qualified was because it said I had a Medicare 1095. Which I did not. I even double check that those selections were set to not having those forms and it still would not allow me to Simple File. When I tried to clear and start over it would not let me do that either stating that I already registered/paid, which made no sense since it was a free filing I was working on. SCAM SCAM SCAM to make money off people.

Quick and easy I highly recommend it for anyone. I don’t know why anyone pays someone else to do their taxes when they have TurboTax.

Amazing as always, each year you have made it easier and easier to file taxes. Each year I have flashbacks of my parents with stacks of documents, a calculator and penciling data into forms from the postal office. I have been using your product since I started working and eligible to file taxes (1995). Thanks for always delivering a great product!!
