Confused and disappointed

I’ve been using turbo since I could file my own taxes (2017) and I’ve never been charged so many fees or any for that matter. Where are all these fees coming from? And why do I have to pay to file my own taxes? Your whole slogan was “file for free” now it’s a fee for anything that would make filing easy.

Turbo Tax is a scam

Two years in a row my return was rejected. Turbo tax would not let me fix it. When I go to the help chat I just keep getting the same AI generated prompts it is not help full at all. I will no longer be using turbo tax you take my money and I can’t even file my taxes.
