Horrible

Horrible website. They promote "file for free" then they tack on almost $200 in avoidable fees. If I am prefilling out my taxes. What am I paying for "Do it yourself" for? Will be looking for other alternatives next year.

I use this every year and have never had an issue. I love the they provide little blurbs to explain this not everyone knows about or explains things instead of just having you wing it.

I chose standard so I can do my taxes myself and still ended up paying over 100$... absolutely will never recommend or ever use again after this year.
