So easy, a cave man can do it. Filing my taxes was quick and easy. My information was saved from last year, I was able to import my W2 and a got a decent refund.

It was ok it really took a long time loading and was not transparent on pricing you choose free and it makes you choose the one that makes you pay

Difficult journey

Seems like it takes me longer and longer to get my taxes done! This year I had to get an IP PIN from the IRS.~go to THAT website -pictures of Drivers Licence AND birth certificate not clear enough to upload!!( after 3 trys w\ phone AND tablet?) then wait 2 hours for a VIDEO chat with IRS person to get photo of my paperwork with my face? I am assuming this is an ICE thing? The tax info loaded easily as before, but overall much less satisfied with this process.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
