Turbotax disappoints again

Started on the app, got a 7a error that I couldn't fix in the app. Came to the website, the site crashed twice. followed the instructions to remove the page for 7a question. Got the same error. After a minute of troubleshooting, I finally got it to work. I am also not happy that I can't file for free anymore since i did delux one year, thats very frustrating.
