easy to use

Love the changes this year was able to file without being forced to upgrade as was an issue in previous years. Although I've always viewed it as worth it was nice not having to this year.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

So many added fees and popups

I used to be able to file my taxes for free and now there just seems to be more and more fees and popups to add extras. I used Turbo Tax because it was free, easy and quick. I wish there was a quick, free, easy way to file your own taxes when you have simple filing and don't need to use an accountant. Taxation is theft!
