Doing my taxes was easy enough, but the amount of times I was asked to "upgrade" my product was ridiculous. If I wanted a different product I would have chosen that product.
Then the check out tactics at the end with "How do you want to receive your refund" By not putting all the options for user to see is out right horrible. I shouldn't have to know to click "no thanks" to see all the remaining options such as the "FREE" way to use direct deposit. I will not be using this service next year.

Love them teaching you everything about it while you're doing it. 49$ for me to file vs 600$ to file with a agent from another place way better.
