I just think it is ridiculous with all the fees. To have to pay to do it ourselves is crazy. We are taking the time to do it not you. Now thank you for giving us a way to do it you already charge us for that. Why do you need to charge us for our own work?
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I had a baby
