Life saver for tax season

It would of been five stars but I accidently selected deluxe instead of free and wouldn't let me change it back to free.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

You charge too much to file. Especially when I first start I select to start FREE and decline any other add ons and then when all is done you Charge $168!!!!! I am not using this site ever again!!!

I'm a TurboTax user!

I use TurboTax every year. Close friends now use Turbo Tax after I showed them how easy it is to use. TurboTax is very user-friendly, fast, accurate, inexpensive, and explains things well with options to either ask for assistance or the FAQ's box regarding specific issues. I always receive my refund earlier than everyone that doesn't use it, and I do love CreditKarma now!
The TurboTax app is very nice and convenient. Again, I feel very confident completing my taxes now and really enjoy the process. I am guided the entire way with easy-to-follow instructions. I usually leave feeling like I've learned something new about tax returns every year. There are many options available such as clearing your data to start over, different tax forms used, several package options, previous taxes saved to your account and pay with return feature which I love.
