I spoke to a live agent last night 1/13 he was absolutely wonderful. I wish that young man all of the success. He was absolutely the best!

Coming from an accountant-yes, use Turbo Tax

I, as a new accountant, even have trouble navigating the intricacies of filing taxes (sad, I know). Turbo tax provides extremely useful guidance to questions I have, provides me with options, and I love how the information I need pops up in the right hand pane instead of opening a new tab.
