Easy but hidden fees at the end

I like using this because all of my information is saved plus it is easy to understand and guides you through. I am not happy about is the price hikes and hidden fees at the end. It was free last year to have it direct deposited into your bank account and this year it is not. Constant charges at the end. I did not elect any "extras" and with federal and state with direct deposit still cost $169. It used to be just a state fee. If I had the money to spend I would have gone to a tax place or CPA to have them done.
