thanks, although i wish filing was free this year. i did not get much back but the AI information was informative and easier to navigate through website.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

I received remote assistance from Leland G. His help and guidance was absolutely amazing. His level of patience and understanding were spot on. Very Professional. I would recommend others in his position to observe and take notes.

this year lturbo tax left a lot to be desired.

I have been a turbo-tax user for many years. I have never had so much difficulty as this year. it took me over six hours to complete an it's never taken that long before. Most time was spent on trying to correct or edit information entered.
