Too many fees.

You charged me $49 to process my own and then charged me another $49 for the max. Total fees $212.00. I was reminded why I went somewhere else last year. Charged to take it from my refund. Ridiculous. The nickname I selected to post this review, "Never again" was already taken and so was "Never ever again"! That speaks volumes!
