Unexpected fee to get refund deposited

Been Happy with Turbo Tax for years until you basically forced me to pay a fee at the end to get my refund deposited to my bank account. It was either use your credit karma company to get it free or pay money to have it deposited in my account. Won't happen again...I fell for it this time but you lost a customer for next year. Bad move! Greedy!
