Great customer service

I ran into a problem for h first time in 3 years, the refund advance option wasn't showing up. I got the help center to call me and the rep was patient he got a link from his supervisor and sent it to me afterwards I was able to access the advance option. His name is Stiveck

Turbo Tax is fine.

TurboTax is fine. I think that they should take some money off for me having to fill out this survey. It also will not let me skip

pricing is a lie

the experience is great until you get to the end and the price changes i have pictures of it saying i will be charged only 49.00 for fed and then it goes up when you check out so turbo tax lies about their pricing.

do NOT claim to be FREE if at the end of the game you stick with a $39 fee for doing it ourselves. I shall NEVER use you again!
