Turbo Tax is Quick and Easy!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years now. It is extremely easy to use. You are guided through every step of the process. It uses key information from the prior year as well to make it seamless. I highly recommend Turbo Tax to everyone!

Profit matters, not people.

The product itself is fine. The problem is all the nickel and diming your million (probably billion) dollar company charges. One 1099-G was enough to force me to pay $40 for federal and $40 for state. One tiny extra form and boom, you all got an extra $80. And if that wasn't enough, I had to pay an extra $40 to use my federal refund to pay for the $80 I cannot afford right now due to my husband's unemployment. In an economy where people can't even afford groceries, it would've been nice for you to not make a profit off the smallest of things like one extra form and payment option.

i enjoy peace of mind doing my own taxes! however last year didnt get refund i was estimated it was lower cut in half

Hidden Fees and Ghost Buttons

1. I had to reload the webpage 3 times to get the scroll bar to work on any page (I'm an IT tech, and, yes, I know how to troubleshoot a webpage)
2. The hidden fees and small "no thanks" buttons make me want to use another filing company on principle.

Other than that, I got a good refund, and answering yes or no questions for filing makes it easier.
