It's quite easy to do tax report.
but it's quite expensive tho
You'd better be careful not to be charged extra if you don't need extra service.

disappointed on all the service charges Turbo Tax charges now. You promote free and it never is. You never use to charge to do direct deposit now a service charge for that.

Great customer service

I ran into a problem for h first time in 3 years, the refund advance option wasn't showing up. I got the help center to call me and the rep was patient he got a link from his supervisor and sent it to me afterwards I was able to access the advance option. His name is Stiveck

Turbo Tax is fine.
