A tool that gets the job done

I've been using Turbo Tax basically my whole adult life. I've never had an issue and I always feel that my refunds match my expectations. I also ended up really liking Credit Karma, which I started using because of their affiliation with Turbo Tax. The one year I had a mildly complex tax situation, it was pretty easy to figure it out using the help tools.

I've been using turbotax for I don't knw how long now. I don't use anything else. It's easy, accurate, and straight-forward. Nothing beats turbotax when it comes to doing your taxes.

It works well on the computer

cell phone it's a little more difficult to deal with It's easier to do it on your home computer
