Long-term Customer- Not Impresses

I have used TurboTax for about a decade now, and this was the most frustrating experience I've had. The app continued to glitch and requested an update every time I went to a new screen. It imported my W2 information and them made me go back and put all of the information myself a second time. It didn't save specific numbers like what I paid for certain expenses. At one point halfway through it said that I was receiving money back, then, it kicked me out, and when I logged back in, it said that I owed over 5K... the next screen showed that I was getting something back again. At the end, they did not send me an email to confirm my identity, and I had to sign in on the computer, and jump through hoops to confirm.
