I miss the old turbotax

Terrible at putting things into layman's terms. Way more complicated this year than in the many previous years. Unfortunately might not return with you all due to how inconvenient/hard to understand this process has become.

Deluxe Version Complete Scam

I did not authorize the charge for the deluxe version instant upgrade, and the fact that this was withdrawn from my account without consent is outrageous. This is a blatant unauthorized transaction, and I demand an immediate and full refund.
Your handling of this situation—along with your abysmal customer service—is unacceptable.
I have been a loyal customer for years, and this experience has destroyed *any remaining trust in your company.
Unless this is resolved immediately, I will be taking further action, including filing a formal dispute with my bank and reporting this incident to consumer protection agencies.
