This was my first time ever attempting to do my own taxes and it was very easy thanks for Turbo Tax

Staff at Turbo Tax is amazing!

My experience thus far with Turbo Tax support has been fantastic. I first connect with Angelique but could not finish the call due to a family emergency. I called back and Mohamed tried to reconnect me with Angelique but she was unavailable. I was connected with Kelly who assisted me in completing all of my need for my 2024 taxes.

They charge you every chance they get and it’s super annoying. They claim it’s free but charge you for crap they shouldn’t then they charge to file your state income tax too! It’s just ridiculous
