Turbotax is good for simple

It's usually pretty straight forward, but this year they didn't have my old records linked anymore even though I always file with them so I had to go through a lot more hoops to link to the IRS. They also told me I was required to upgrade at the very end and I had to try to figure out why exactly - it wasn't explained very well.

this year interface was hard to work with, l wanted to delete form for the state, it would not update so i could not e-file my state returns only the federal. i love the previous years, easy to work and gave suggestions as you entered your information. overall something that should have taken an hour, took 4 to 5 hours. Scrap this version and start over or go back to previous version

I feel extremely scammed. It did not tell me the amount I would be charged until I finished my refund. It took half of my refund.
