Frustrating when using ai support and refiling.

When having to fix my tax return it won’t let me jump to the page that needs to be fixed. Even when clicking back it wouldn’t take me where I needed to be or it would only take me to the spot where it told me to go back to My Info but there is no hyperlink to get there and pressing back wouldn’t get me to that page. I had to use your ai support to jump to the page I needed and it still wasn’t correct. I needed to input my 1095-A and it told me to enter it into the area where you input 1099-B which was stocks. I do not want to use this service again. It used to be simple and convenient and now it’s time consuming and frustrating.

Couple tweaks will make it better.

Some pages are hard to push the continue button because it is too low on the page and not active. Had to use my tab button to reach the bottom of the page. How can I print my return? At the end it was asking me questions about last year's return. If i can't print my return, how can answer and Turbo Tax already had that info.

TurboTax is crap

I needed to e-file my taxes. With Intuit, this process was cumbersome, expensive, and confusing. I'm hoping I did things right, but who knows?
